He was my son's doctor during his stay at Ridgeview Institute. My son was there for 9 days. I spoke to this doctor ONCE. During that 3 minute conversation, his only recommended course of action was pharmaceutical. Naturally, I asked for more information and he said he'd leave something at Ridgeview for me. So 4 days later (and we didn't talk until my son had already been there for 4 days), I get an envelope. I was hoping for something about the efficacy of this drug in adolescents or some study backing up why this would be the best drug to treat my son. Instead I got a printout from drugs.com. A freakin printout. what a crock of crap. So now I've got this HUGE bill for what? One conversation with me and a printout from drugs.com. His office staff told me the daily rounds are short and usually just to check to see how medication is working. Well if my son isn't taking medication, then why am I being charged nearly $100 per day (after insurance) for this "checkup"?

I used to just have simple insomnia, but since the horrendous experience of meeting Dr.Weichbrodt I have been diagnosed with PTSD by 2 different doctors. It developed after I received a completely false and fabricated diagnoses in order to detain me in a psychiatric hold and milk insurance money. This man abused his power while I was locked up in a ward to degrade and deprave me. I was forced drugged for a condition I did not have. I was violated and dehumanized. This atrocious "Dr."Gary Weichbrodt should not be allowed anywhere near people with Psychological disorders, especially Girls!! Lord have mercy The LAST place on Earth this "MAN" should be working at is a LOCKED DOWN WOMEN'S PSYCH UNIT with young girls trying to recover from TRAUMA and eating disorders. This vile and corrupt man needs to be put under investigation by the Board of Medicine and have his licence revoked.

They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
