All the equipment at this office seems a little old and outdated. It's usable, but just barely. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They overbilled me for my dental plan and then refused to even talk to me about it. Stay away.

Keep your children safe and stay away.

They are a million dollar a year business out to get your money from Medicaid and happy to put your child through unnecessary surgery so THEY can profit.

Absolute worst experience with my child in a doctors office ever.
I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Dental Society.

wait times are outrageous at this office, the restoration done was not completed, buildup of material not litmus papered n brought down for bite... substandard work, substandard time frames for wait period and substandard communication... never again
