While we heard from other parents about her terrible bedside manner we had no idea how rude and unprofessional she is. There are so many qualified doctors in this city that have an incredible operating model and care about their patients.

I was mis-diagnosed and wasted almost a year with this doctor. She was unwilling to listen to my concerns or my parents.

Dr. Henkel didn't help me and was quite rude. She wasted my time. I really don't think she's a good therapist. Her one good selling point was that she gave away free samples of the medication. Her manner is arrogant, rude, and condescending. You feel infantilized and self conscious when speaking with her and after several sessions you can tell she's just not interested and will sit there rubbing lotion on her hands drinking soda. Her favorite thing to do is prescribe tons of psych meds to patients, not acknowledging their requests, concerns, or needs.

Very caring - took her time with us, listened to our concerns. Also spent a good deal of one on one time with our daughter. Would highly recommend.
