They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
