It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule, however the day of my appointment for dental work, they called my home phone during business hours and left me a message letting me know they changed my appointment time. When I showed up for my original scheduled appointment, the lady in the office actually chastised me, telling me I was late for my appointment. I showed her my appointment card, and she informed me that they had called and left a message on my home phone changing my appointment to an earlier time that morning. They weren't very understanding or caring and told me I would be charged a fee for missing my appointment. Unbelievable. I could understand if they had actually talked to me and got the OK from me to change my appointment, however they did not. The receptionist was incredibly rude about all of this, and I walked out and have never returned. They lost my business because of their poor business practices.
