I have been going to this office for many years. I have had nothing but the best service and wonderful people. They make me feel like family. Nicole at the front desk is amazing. She will go to any length to help you with insurance problems or getting an appointment. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been a customer for more than 10 years! I always had my teeth clean every 6 months there and every year they would make me have x-rays and afterward tell me everything is fine. I felt rushed every single time I was there because they were so busy, but I still figure that they would had at least be professional in their job (I should have known better!). Recently I found that one of my tooth actually had a cavity so bad that it was hollow on the inside...and they totally MISSED IT!!! It had never bothered me much, so I never payed attention to it until it broke off and reveal that it had also started to spread to my other tooth. I called them and they ignored my questions and never called me back like they told me they would. Their staff was not friendly at all and Dr. Tu was not professional in handling the situations. I for sure didn't feel welcome there.
