I've always been quite happy with Dr. Dubovsky's care. He is a bit gruff on the surface, but actually quite friendly and caring if you give him a chance. He is super knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. He is so much better than my previous oncologist. (She didn't pay any attention to the way I answered questions about problems with a history of a low white count. Dr. Dubovsky went above and beyond during my chemo treatment making sure my benign cyclical neutropenia did not become a major problem.

Give Dr. D. a chance and he will prove to be a caring and thoughtful provider.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

This dr is very punctual however that makes me feel rushed. He never gives me time to ask questions much less give answers. He requests that you email him with any questions but good luck on a response. His whole staff is unfriendly and his nurse is (to put it nicely) not so bright. This is my 3rd cancer dr and i am running out of options but none of them seem to care. Very disheartening.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
