Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
