The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
