Closed his office with no warning sending MANY patients into withdrawals. He is withholding all patients medical records too. If you thought this doctor cared about his patients the way he abandoned them in late December 2014 shows otherwise. He doesn't care at all.

One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Cabinets in exam rooms and restroom have no child locks. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected Dr. Whitaker. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. I had heard that from other people and then when we went for our appointment we waited over 2.5 hrs to be seen. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my emergency schedule. This is one of the friendliest and most compassionate doctors I've ever visited - a kind Christian man - but he's not a schedule follower and loves to talk, so the appointment times are "flexible." He puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important... but at the cost of not sticking to scheduled times. Bring a book!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
