Took my daughter in and everything seem to go well. Warning, every time they speak to you, you have to come into the office and guess what, THEY CHARGE you for the visit. They billed us for a physical even when we went in for a consult needless to say Insurance only covers one visit coded like that. We came in and spoke to them on the issue and asked them to refile it. Then we waited. A year to the month later, we get a letter from them stating they are turning us over to collections. They never sent us a bill saying we owed anything in over a year. We get the letter and go to the office the next day. Lori says that is how it is and would we like to pay the bill. We said we were willing to pay the amount owed $50 she said no the bill is now $91 and we have to pay the whole amount even though the collection agency hasn't made contact. They are all about the money and based on our conversations, they are purposely over coding and established procedures to defraud the insurance companies and get more money from the customer.

Doctor Fehr delivered all three of my children. She understands me and always give the best plan of care. I feel like she is a part of our family. I have never meet a doctor so personable and caring.

I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is up on the latest treatments and highly intelligent and well rounded.

This office was furstating you never get anybody to answer the phones there. they need a new staff, they are not going to return your phone call.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
