This place is a sad sorry excuse for a medical facility of any kind. The doctors are ok I guess but the office staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met. They argue with you about everything, they are lazy, they are not interested in helping anyone, they mix up paperwork and give paperwork with your info to other people and theirs to you which is very dangerous with all the identity theft these days. They are unwilling to have a reasonable conversation with you about anything because they are right and you are wrong end of story. you don't mean anything to these people. I am currently looking for a different provider and will never step foot in this place again. Terrible customer service. I am not sure how these women sleep at night the way they treat people.

Tried calling this provider several times. Their phone system is terrible. You have a really hard time getting a person on the phone. If the scheduler is bussy, you are transferred into voicemail. The office staff is rude and very unfriendly. They need some serious training in effective communitation and customer service. I am looking for another provider.

Peachtree City OBGYN provided some of the worst care I have ever received. I was ignored when I voiced concerns, treated coldly when I requested doctor's check me out to ease my concerns, mocked when questioned doctor's aloofness, and treated rudely when, after all my ignored concerns came to fruition, and I went into labor almost a month early. Doctor failed to then follow the hospital's preferred procedure and kept my infant from me for three hours after her birth instead of giving her to me so she could get out of the hospital faster. Then I broke out in an awful rash caused by pregnancy and was failed to have it diagnosed before being discharged and suffered days of discomfort and scarring until I could see a dermatologist. I will never ever go to this provider again.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They had a few different appointment times available but I would love more flexible options .
