I have been seeing Dr. Babino for the past 20 years and LOVE her! She is genuine, speaks in terms that I understand and takes time to speak withherpatients to ensure comfort and ease. I would easily give her 5+ stars if possible but her front office staff is awful! Making an appointment is difficult and the last time I went I had to fill out new paperwork because my records for the past years had been misplaced which was quite discouraging. I have contemplated getting a new OBGYN due to the front office staff but love Dr. Babino so much that I am torn.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. However , everytime I have an appointment, I end up waiting at least an hour if not more for the doctor.
I would not normally tolerate this, but the Dr. Babino is very thorough and genuine.

I love Dr. Babino! I have been seeing her for over 15 years. She is the best. She really needs to work on her front office staff. They never answer the phone and when they do you are put on hold for ever. The right hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing! her hours of opperations are incorrect on the phone message. When I call to make an appt. they never called me back and I then called them back and was told that I had an appt on X day at X time. How was I suposed to know that since no one had called me back. PLEASE Dr. Babino work with that front office staff, get a good office mamanger in there!!! You are the best your staff should be too!!!!!

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

The temperature in their office was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff was friendly enough the last time I was there, but I have been trying to call them(about 4x recently) and it's still office hours, no one picked up the phone.It is always the answering service that's quite annoying!As far as their service is concerned, they were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
