The walls in this building are very thin. I could hear every single thing she was telling her patient in the room beside me. Every thing. So if you want privacy you won't get it here. Dr. Coleman only saw me for a short while. Maybe 5 minutes. She seemed in a hurry, and like she had better things to do. I needed a prescription for birth control. She only gave me enough for 2 months, and when I called to ask why the receptionist forwarded me to the "nurse's voicemail who deals with prescriptions". I left my name and number three weeks ago. And still have not heard back from them. My prescription has still not been filled. I will be looking for another doctor. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in touch with them.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I need an OBGYN that I feel comfortable with and right off the bat I knew they were not the one for me. Rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
