They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Dr Veroncia Garrett is a great doctor! I love her and the staff. They are always warm, welcoming, helpful and attentive. I only have two small issues. First, the last couple of times I've gone I had an unusually long wait. However, an apology was made and it felt sincere. The other issue is when I first started going to her, there were two locations, one of which was two miles from my house. Unfortunately that location was closed so now I have to go 15-20 miles to the other location. This sucks but I don't want to go to another dr so I'll have to deal with it. All in all a great practice.

They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls while talking to me. They were very professional, clean environment and caring. Dr Garrett delivered my son on Nov. 16, 2004...she's the BEST!!!
