I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I didn't understand why Dr. Garrett was so much interested in giving me a c-section when I was committed to a natural birth and it was not medically necessary, just taking a long time. She did a fine job with my son's circumcision but almost walked out in a huff when I asked if I my husband could be present. Not a people person.

I would prefer to go somewhere else if my life depended on it. My bladder was punctured during a routine C-Section and I was alone and did not get much supprot from them. Looking back I should have taken it further. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else.
