TERRIBLE!!! I heard good things about Taylor so I tried them, and what a mess! Forget customer service- they are RUDE and arrogant and once you pay for their services forget it if you are not happy or have a concern! I had to change orthodontist before my child's braces were done! UNBELIEVABLE!
