I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Dr. Cook delivered both my children and was amazing.

Blargh. People in this office are rude and uncaring. Called with a concern before surgery and was YELLED at. Not joking. Why did I go through with it? Dire straits. Please avoid. This doc really does not care about bedside manner. Just awful.

Dr. Cook was a horrible doctor. I am an ICU nurse, and my father, mother, and sister all are family doctors who have delivered hundreds of babies themselves. I'm saying this because I want people to understand that Dr. Cook was a horrible doctor who does not care about the patients--it is simply a well-paying job for her. Furthermore, she will order absolutely unnessesary tests that have no medical indication for you and threaten you and twist it to say that she is looking out for the baby that you need to have a test done. For a test that could have been easily done in her office for free to me, she had me come to the hospital on the weekend when she was on call--she did not tell me that I would be admitted to the hospital and therefore incur a HUGE bill for a simple non-stress test (I was not even 41 weeks pregnant and everything was normal). Furthermore, two days later, I had to come back to the office and take the same test with a sonogram even though Saturday's test was normal...so then I tried to ask her why the saturday test was even necessary and she wouldn't return my calls--she only had the billing office at her office call me and obviously they were no help.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
