It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
