I thought the doctor was extremely charming and interesting and knowledgeable, but I only saw him the one time. I had my teeth cleaned which, under my plan, should have been free but I was charged $80 for a irrigation mouthwash. I happened to know a dental hygienist who told me this cost two dollars a gallon. Regardless, that should’ve been explained upfront that there would be an add-on fee for that. I’ve had dentist problems a lot lately, so I’ve had my teeth cleaned at several places in the last three years. Interestingly, this is the only place that says they must use this mouthwash during a cleaning. My husband came in for a cleaning and had the same $80 fee. He was told that he needed his teeth cleaned every three months instead of six months, so he was assured that next cleaning would be free and this cleaning was just being charged because our plan does not cover two cleanings in six months. Nevertheless he was charged another $80 on the second cleaning. Multiple phone calls, multiple request to speak to the doctor, nothing! The doctor himself was very knowledgeable, but on my first visit he was telling me how my teeth were discolored, how they’re crooked, how he can do dental work to make it look great, and mentioned a sleep apnea thing. It was overwhelming to say the least. I didn’t think my teeth look that bad! I felt like he was running up the costs. I won’t be back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wassserman for almost 20 years, he is very gentle and has always explained my options and helped me make the best decision for my teeth and my budget. It is hard to find a truly great dentist, I would trust anyone else with my teeth. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. I have recommended him many times and everyone has always been happy. It is too bad that most of the time people who are bitter and unstable are usually the ones to write reviews. I have been happy for 20 years and this is the first review I have written, we are quick to complain when we are unhappy and not when we are happy, I felt it was about time, i am thankful for Dr. Wasserman and his staff for always doing an excellent job!

Worst treatment I have ever had, he rushed threw my filling and was pissed off the hole time then he yelled at me because he hurt me. I will never return and I will never recommend him to anyone don't bother with this office and the front desk lady talked badly about me in front of my wife.

They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. I asked for some advice, but they couldn't give me any. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Dr. Wasserman is a thief !!! After having two root canals, and him explaining to me about two Bridges, cost etc., after paying for them upfront,(my fault) it is now 2 1/2 months later and I still do not have what I have paid for. He and his staff have given me the run around for two and a half months now, starting with with them cancelling my appointment because " the bridges have not been sent to us yet ", to now, still making excuses about why they do not have them, when the week before that, they told me they did, (and the week before that, then they said they didn't have them, then the next week, they said they had them, only to cancel my appointment again, and the same story over and over and over !) even making appointments, then them cancelling again ! This has been going on now for over two months, he blames it on his staff, stating he fired two people in the front office in regards to this (I am very sorry for the people that lost their job, it was NOT their fault), hired a new manager, and I STILL do not have my teeth that I have paid for. I went in the office yesterday, demanding my money back (after many many messages for Dr. Wasserman to call me, to no avail), all they could do was call the police dept. on me, so I left. I will now be taking him to court to get my money back. Dr. Wasserman is a fraud in the making for his retirement... Do not trust him or his word. When I get my money back, some 1,400.00 that is due me, I will gladly update my review, but not until then. Please people, do your research before choosing your Dentist. Some people are just out to rip you off, and he is one of them !!!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Dr. Wasserman is a great guy, but his office staff needs major re-vamping. They lose records and patients (kept me waiting nearly 2 hours until I asked what...they misplaced my file!). Staff also is unsympathetic and brusque.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
