This is the worst dental office I have ever visited. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. There are several waiting periods with every visit, and they are all long: waiting to get into the exam room, waiting for the assistant, waiting for the dentist, waiting for the assistant again, and finally waiting for the sales person. You do not really get to know what your next recommended treatment is until you get to the sales person at the end. The dentist looks at your mouth for about a minute. The assistant might talk for awhile, but what the assistant said and what the sales person said were completely different every time I went to this office. Because I clearly didn't like waiting, not seeing the dentist, and hearing two different versions of my treatment plan, they offered me a "happy pill". I never actually got to do anything physically painful at this office, so I didn't learn why they are so quick to offer medication.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. This dentist is very warm and reassuring. GET THIS: I have heard him tell his office staff not to charge a man very much because he was not in the best financial condition. This dentist does have a big heart for people and periodically asks you if you are ok while working on your teeth. He is quite gentle and even when he gives a shot I do not feel it. If you are nervous when you go in for your appt., you will be quite at ease after experiencing this dentist. He and his staff have a great sense of humor as well. I am so glad I found them!!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

grinds your teeth down to expose the nerve. sends you to a specialist to do a root canal then does a crown.

while i was in the chair i heard him tell four other patients they need a crown, thats where the money is.

Im a fool because i went back and had the same thing happen to me again.
