I have been a patient of Dr. Sid for over 15 years. While he is kind and listens his office staff has a lot to be desired.

They do not have good quality customer service and act like you are an interruption in their day.

When you have an appointment, be prepared to wait at least 2 hours.

The Dr. is very good. However his staff lowers the rating. Your front office is the first line of contact. When you are met with hostility and unprofessional behavior your own defenses go up. There are extra long waits. My last appointment was me and at least twenty more people waiting. After an hour of waiting I was told it would "be a while...there are 2-3 people ahead of you". When I questioned the scheduling module used I was told they scheduled every 15 minute slots. How asine is that? Speaking with the office manager, who appeared clueless, I suggested less time for tests results and follow ups (unless bad news) and more time with new patients. Why would you, if you knew anything about schedules, schedule new patients only 15 minutes apart? Again asinine. Several people in the wait area complained of staff rudeness when enquiring about length of wait time. Your Doctor can be the top of his field but who really cares if you are expected to tolerate an excessive wait time and nastiness. I never saw the Doctor. I opted to get copies of all my tests results. With the number of medical facilities in the Columbus area I feel I can do better. This was a referral from my primary.

The Dr. never showed for the appointment. I waited and finally went to the receptionist and asked if the Dr. was delayed to to an emergency, etc. She said, nope, he is just late getting back from lunch? Wow... I left and sent him a bill for $50 for my time to which he never responded.
