As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They will schedule an MRI and then not know how to read it but will let you return again and again - the doctors won't tell you until your lawyer calls and then they let a secretary tell you

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
