Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Dr Al Wawi wrote a prescription for me that has to get prior approval from my insurance company I had called the dr office and they told me they would get it from the insurance company and they know they have to call the insurance company and request the forms I even gave the girl the phone no but she still has not summited it to the insurance company she told me she did and was waiting on the insurance comp, well i called the insurance company and they have not heard from the doctors office the girl gave me a piece of paper that she delibertly made up to make me think that she faxed it to the insurance company but I called the insurance company again they told me it was not summited . I had even asked to speak with dr alwawi or Dr abdulla they would not let me talk to either one of them she needs to be fired for keeping me from getting my medication. and the insurance company told me they could approve it in 10 to 15 minutes, well I guess I am going to have to see a laywer, needles to say Dr Al wawi and Dr Abuddla are both good Drs but I cant say that about some of the people that work there. The last time I talked to my insurance company which was on Friday she told me she would go ahead and fax them the forms even though she has not heard from them. she even lied to Dr AlWawi to get him to write another prescription of the same medicine instead of taking 1 pill a day of 30 mili. it is 2 times a day of 10 mili. she said it was cheaper all she had to do was call my insurance company
