I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I never feel apprehensive in following Dr. Abdulla's recommendations in my care. He makes me feel that I really matter to him and spends the needed time necessary to make me feel at ease. His nurse is also very kind and out of about 10 visits so far, I have absolutely no bad experiences in using this doctor
