Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No. It took me several times to get through.

Dr Reddy is a great, caring doctor (smart, kind and professional) who has been taking excellent care of me for a number of years. She is willing to work with her patients -- willing to try anything reasonable to help you. The waiting room has plenty of room. I usually don't have to sit too close to someone -- it's not overcrowded. I don't know about these other reviews, because I think she is one of the best doctors I have ever know. In fact, her recall from visit to visit / year to year is amazing even on small details of my health. I have never been to a doctor / office where I have been treated better. Most important, my health has steadily improved under the care of Dr Reddy.

Staff repeatedly hangs up on my phone calls. I get there on time and wait for hours in the waiting room. Staff cares only about getting my co-pay, does not follow through when directed to do blood work, make other appointments. Nurses cannot always find a vein, and yet they stand on ceremony: if I haven't been there in the last six months, they will not do blood work, even though the reason I didn't do it last time was: they couldn't find a vein. They tell me the same things over and over again as if I don't know my own health issues because they don't remember anything about me from one trip to the next.
