She's been my primary care physician for over 20 years. She is also my son's Pediatrician. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

My mother called me with tears in her voice! Dr. Neal-Haley still had not seen her by 10:05am when she had a 8:20am new patient appointment. That's right almost 2 hours and she saw a student...not even the PA but a student and it was never established what type of student she was-only that she was very, very young. I read reviews about this doctor when my mother said she was going to see her. I should have listened to past reviewers when they said that the staff was horrible because they most certainly are, especially Laura and Ashley. My mother left a freezing exam room never once laying eyes on Dr. Haley and with no apologies forthcoming by the staff. I've worked in the medical industry since 1997 and there are only 2 reasons a doctor would behave this way...mental problems or substance problems. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE, THE SAME OFFICE BUILDING IN SYMRNA HAS PLENTY OTHER INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTORS SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE!!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Most important, Dr. Haley added a beta blocker to my existing medication which she insisted was not a beta blocker. I had been to the emergency room a couple days before and gave her the blood work results and ekg. It turned out she was wrong and my old medication actually was a beta blocker. By adding an additional beta drug my heart rate dropped to 40 while my BP remained high. I informed the nurse at Dr Haley’s office about the mistake with the beta meds and my HR dropping to 40. She said if it remained that low for the next couple hours to go to the emergency room…I have not heard one word from them since.

I went to a new Dr. and when she checked my blood work which had been forwarded by Dr. Haley, she was shocked by the dangerously low potassium levels and informed me the history strongly suggested I probably was not suffering from hypertension. She put me on a anti stress drug and a mild ace inhibitor and my bp has been great since. Worse however was the new dr. said she suspected from the records and recent blood work I may have diabetes…after the test it turns out I have type 2 diabetes and have probably been suffering from it for quite a while.
