Dr. Howard is great and doesn't push unnecessary procedures. The staff is small, but super friendly. The woman at the desk never answers the phone when I call, but she does a lot in the small office, and always calls back when I leave a message. It's also nice that the office is at L'Enfant plaza because 4 metro lines go there. I think the only insurance they accept is what the federal workers have, but when I tell them I don't have dental insurance they reduce the bill.
