Is NOT ADA compliant - if you are challenged with stairs or wheelchair bound there is no elevator. Otherwise, my father was pleased with the dental care, he just has had to leave the practice due to the above restriction.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
