I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

I felt extremely pressured

No; the equipment needs to be updated
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer our questions, and actually welcome questions. They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We really appreciated the warm welcome. We love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on us and it makes us feel well cared for.
