Dr. Frank Carter is a very informed physician. He keeps up with the latest medical research.
Dr. Carter is personable and takes the time to listen to his patient's concerns.
My significant other and I were nervous about seeing a new physician in a new area of the country. We did not know what to expect.
Dr. Frank Carter far out exceeded our expectations for a new physician.

I love Dr. Carter and feel that I'm getting the best care possible. He is a capable, caring doctor and our town is blessed to have someone of his caliber. He delivered both of my sons and has been my primary doctor for 18 years.

Dr. Carter is avery rude doctor. He talks over patients, and doesn't listen to what the are saying. He just stood in the doorway when he open it and said my buisness out loud in front of everbody where they could here it good, I walked out and everybody was looking at me, it hurt my feeling. He has no copation and he is a doctor full of his self
Dr. Carter sucks never would refer him to nobody
