They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
