No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
