The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

This doctor probably saved my life and helped solve a chronic problem for my wife which baffled our previous doctor was. In my case, they recommended removal of a suspicious lump which turned out to be cancer. My previous doctor had dismissed it as harmless. For my wife, when they couldn't diagnose her condition, they referred her to a specialist who immediately recognized her issue. Our previous doctor had run her through three different referrals with no luck. Changing our family doctors to Brookwood Family Medicine is one of the best decisions we ever made!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
