He's the very best at root canals. He is also very nice and funny and makes you feel at ease. But he hates doing gas and he is VERY expensive.

Excellent dental treatment for emergency root canal from a medical perspective, but despite pleading for nitrous to be administered Dr Chasen kept insisting it was not necessary. When multiple shots of novocaine proved insufficient and I had literally grabbed his arm to pull it out of my mouth several times, he finally relented. The results were excellent and utterly professional, but my own personal experience from a pain and fear perspective was quite horrible. If you suffer from dentophobia, you may want to consider my regular dentist - Dr Daniel Tseng of the Danbury Dental group who has performed root canal surgery on me previously with a far better experience but was unable to take me at short notice and referred me to Dr Chasen.
