What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Actually, it is never loud and every thing seems calm even when I know there are stressful times for the staff. Michelle was wonderful on the phone!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
