Dr. Dr. Keown lacks beside manner. He is cold and devoid of human compassion and empathy. The only reason I stayed with him as long as I did was that I mostly could see his wonderful nurse practitioner Tandy Smith for most minor issues. I will not be returning.

The doctors here are great. They need to hire competent office staff. They waited until after my fifth visit to send me a bill informing me my Humana policy was no longer in network. And I have not been covered for any of my visits. They are not professional or willing to work with me on reducing my bill.
