I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
