They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My initial appt. Was for back pain from a bad car accident and ptsd. The doctor didn't even look at my back or address my other condition. He just wrote some meds and referred me to another doctor. I also overheard him tell a nurse he had an appt. With the bank that he couldn't miss. My wife called an questioned as to why he did that and explained to her some of the reasons I have ptsd and told her what I had heard him say. She apologized and said for me to be back the next day and I would be taken care of at no charge. When I arrived I had to wait behind another patient at the window as he and the doctor whispered amongst themselves. About 5 minutes after I signed in, the doctor called me to the window and said he quit treating ptsd and hallucinations. Where the hallucinations come from is a mystery to me. He then handed me a card for yet another doctor and said to call him! So that was 2 wasted trips for absolutely nothing. I feel that I was discriminated against either for my skin color or the fact that I have tattoos. Yet I know women that he prescribes weight loss medicine to who aren't even overweight. I went to him because I was told he would take good care of me but he didn't do a damn thing. I am still in pain and have horrible panic attacks. What good is a doctor that will not help you? There is no way in hell I'd recommend ANYONE to him. He rushed me out the first time and didn't even have the decency to call me back into a room to say he quit treating ptsd. He said it out loud in front of God and everyone! He needs his license revoked in my opinion. That was degrading and embarrassing.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
