One of the things I noticed about this business was areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. My calls are answered fairly quickly here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question to get it answered. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Great staff, they get you in as quickly as possible. The office is a little noisy because it is one big room and it echoes - nothing much they can do about that. Dr Bush is a great listener and doesn't rush you.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
