My dad went to to his office this morning to see him because of a colon problem, the receptionist would not allow him to see the doctor because his insurance card stated another Dr. name on the card. He is under Humana and was not told that was a must for that insurance. He is 83 years old and has seen Dr. Wigley before but I guess if you don't make it pass the Receptionist you do not get in. He went to Dr. Fields instead and got the service he needed. Dr. Wigley if you read this, you might want to look at getting your receptionist a lesson in customer service and be aware of what they are telling potential patients. This could over a long term ruin your business. Just making people of aware of what they could face at the receptionist desk.
