Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.
