I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
