They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. \As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I've called and asked directions and was told by Heather "I don't know. I'm not driving it!" I kept my appointment today but was 20 minutes late because I had to stop and ask directions. The receptionist (red hair) told me I had to reschedule because I was 30 minutes late. I insisted in seeing the doctor. They charged me 35.00 and the technician was rushed. The previous appointment my daughter was referred to a surgeon, but I didn't know who or didn't have a phone number. The receptionist (same person) did not give me the name-I had to repeat my question three times before she finally gave me the information I needed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. However, they don't treat their clients very well at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. The receptionist couldn't care less if she helped me with directions or even information for the much-needed consult. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I wonder if Dr. Lowney is aware that his patients are being treated so poorly by the receptionist?
