Dr. Black was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped solve long standing problems. I am going back to see him as i move back to Atl.
His front office staff was the worst in the business. I had to stand at the front desk while listening to the receptionist in a uniform talk on the phone about her incarcerated son and his girlfriend. After she got off the personal call she was rude and angry and then proceeded to talk loudly to the rest of the staff about her personal problems.
Because of his good treatment I will go back and tolerate the staff, but I will complain to him or the office manager if I am put off again.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Worst office staff that could ever exist. The women in the front, especially Toni, are the most uncaring, unprofessional staff a doctor could have. I am sure that Dr. Black knows about this, so it makes me wonder why he would keep them on his team. Sadly, they are reason enough to not go to this practice.
