They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. What put me at ease was the fact that their office equipment was in good shape. Everything was current and taken care of. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I visited this office on the recommendation of a dietitian and was told he was old school. I was apprehensive because of all the previous reviews, but I made the appointment anyway because he was recommended as the only doctor who could diagnosis my condition and improve the quality of my life. I found the office staff to be friendly and kind. Dr. Black was was delightful and friendly. He made me feel better about my predicament, which was a surprise. He insisted that I wasn't at fault for my genetics, and he would help me feel better. I think that the kind of patient that seeks help from Dr. Black might be difficult to make happy at times. I listened while a patient made an appointment and the receptionist was very kind and patient. So make an appointment and see for your self before relying on these reveiws.

No. It took me several times to get through.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

The doctor did not refill my synthroid/thyroids prescription based on he wanted me to see him 3 months. Summer with children is hectic and he decided to not refill it without letting me know. My insurance send me the notification and I called immediately to know the reason (did not know it then). Of course, No one in the office called back. Finally I got "Emilda" on the phone and she decided to hang liberally the phone to me when I complained that this was not professional. I would never recommend anyone this practice. They are unprofessional and lack manners.
