Our Family LOVES Dr. Goldberg. He is extremely gentle and caring about his patients comfort.

A few takeaways from my visit:

1. I couldn't convince myself to trust Dr. Goldberg with the findings - I was told that I had 8 cavaties and they all were really bad (they must have been there for couple of years) and might need root canal - I went to the dentist 6 months ago and was told I had two very minor cavaties that could wait. He might be correct but I wasn't convinced. I will post an update when I go to my new dentist.

2. My insurance cover 100% cost for fillings and my previous dentist (changed because of move) didn't charge me anything out of pocket - but Dr. Goldberg charges more than $100 out of pocket to cover the medicine that specifically Dr. Goldberg uses to numb the teeth.

3. After my appointment, I decided to not visit him again because of the above two reasons. I asked for the copy of my records and I was told that they were "busy" and would mail it to me soon. After waiting for 10 days, I called the office and left a voicemail. I received a call after a few days that they're going on a vacation and that they wouldn't be able to mail in the records for another couple of weeks.

4. One can only get appointments in 1 month intervals and cannot schedule more than 1 appointment in advance - even for those apparently really bad cavaties (mentioned above).

What this review is not about: I haven't gotten any major work done from Dr. Goldberg and I am not commenting on his work as a dentist.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Yes, it was fine
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?

Great Dentist - very caring!
Great receptionist - felt right at home.
The office is a little dated but the care that was given to myself and my two children was top shelf!

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
