Do not choose this Dentist as your dental provider. The staff is unfriendly and not very helpful (with the exception of a few of the hygienists). I had to see a new dentist in order to fix work done. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST
I would never visit this dentist again. First off there hours are inconvenient, no nights or weekends. I had to take off time from work for every appointment. I went there for the first time in May 2012 because my previous dentist was not on my insurance. They said I needed 7 cavities filled, since I hadn't been to a dentist in a while I trusted them. I went back twice to get all the work done. That's when the problems started. Just days after having my cavity filled a tooth that never hurt before started to give a problem. I went back but they didn't seem concerned and didn't do anything besides a bite adjustment. It felt a little better but still bothered me. Skip ahead six months and I wake up in excruciating pain with swollen gums around that tooth. I no longer had insurance as I had lost my job so I went back to my previous dentist whom I actually trust. Turns out Caring put the filling in so deep in my tooth it was touching the nerves and they became infected. I had to go to an endodontist and get a root canal! This cost me $1500 out of pocket and I still need a cap which will be even more. My dentist said he would have never filled a tooth that deep. To add insult to injury around this time I also received a bill from Caring saying that I was past due on services they had performed in April (this was the first time I was hearing of it) even though I paid in full every time I went there. I looked into the bill and they are billing me for things my insurance says they paid. I am finally having to pay this because they won't release my records to my new dentist until I do. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. There are much better dentists in the area.
Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. They rarely called back when they said they would. They lied and said they could not get insurance approval. I called my insurance company and received approval the next day. I waited for three months with this back and forth insurance nonsense.
Since Dr. Ponsky left this place has gone downhill. Some of the staff are snotty. My daughter had some work done and will never go back. I will not go back there to do major work -- Dr. Ponsky was great and did a great job on my teetch but I don't trust the dentist that is there now.
Dentist is not friendly and work is shotty. My crown fell out after two months and after it was roughly put in.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
They barely gave me any information at all. I had to do my own research to get my questions answered. They did the worst job ever - I was in pain for half a year and most of it started crumbling right away . I could've done it better myself! On the top of that, everybody was behaving like they were doing me a huge favor. Rude, obnoxious careless jerks!
Botched a Root Canal and then broke a crown after gluing it in place requiring a lot of grinding and prying to get it off again. Learned the true meaning of the expressing "touching a nerve" . Extremely painful, despite all the problems they caused, still charged me full price. I wouldn't go back if they paid me.
