Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I take my daughter there and they found a problem that was missed by her orthodontist. He is on top of things. The dentist, Dr. Siddiqui (sp..?) is very thorough and professional. We find the staff to be courteous.

I would highly recommend this dentist. We've been going there for 3 years. The office is not beautiful and they don't do much in terms of fun things for the kids like some other offices do, but the bottom line is the dentist there is very good and the staff seems fine.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The front desk staff is losing money for the business. They are incompetent and rude. They do not go out of their way to research if an insurance company not on their "list" will cover a dental visit. Private insurances DO cover the cost of 2 cleanings a year if they are not in a network, and need no referral! Totally rude and NOT accommodating to new patients at all.

We have been with this dentist for quite some time. His office staff is great and the dental hygenists are very good.
