Dr. Jacob Saidon and his staff of angels are wonderful -- who knew that a root canal would be painless and fully explained to me? He is a thoughtful and intelligent endodontist, never made me feel rushed or hurried, extremely patient, proficient, and explained everything to me in great detail. He was genuinely caring and comforted me in my agonizing pain leading up to the root canal I needed for an infected tooth. His office staff is full of young professionals, eager to please and never possessing an attitude. A wonderful staff and office. This is my third time to this office, 2nd procedure. He'd proficient both in apicoectomies and root canals for badly infected roots/jaws.

Let me just assume that my review is not considered as one created by the dentist themselves.
I was referred to Dr. Saidon by my PCD as he couldn't locate my canal for root canal treatment.
Dr.Saidon took the initial x-ray and immediately found that my PCD had left a part of the instrument inside my canal and that the same can be removed through apicoectomy in the future if i'm going to experience pain or grow infection. He never tried to sell the surgery on me, that's the first catch.
Secondly, the root canal treatment went so smooth (to the maximum extent it could, leaving out the unreachable part due to the metal stuck inside) that i didn't feel any inconvenience during or after the procedure. That's the benefit of going to an endodontist instead of a PCD even if you are shelling out a few more bucks.
Finally, i admired the doctor himself for his patience throughout as i was pouring with questions regarding the broken piece inside my tooth. He is the best and i cant recommend him enough.
Needless to add the staffs were professionals and so kind. They were behaving like they know me for years and making fun, it was nice to be around them.

I don't normally review my health providers, however I had such a positive experience with Dr. Saidon and his staff. They saw me at short notice on referral from my own dentist. They took care in every manner of treating me with a root canal. Exceptionally professional and very accomodative. Simply a Great Dental practice from my first time experience with them.
